Kitchen Essentials

I am pretty sure that I could run my entire kitchen on the following items:

I can't cut onions without crying for a good solid hour...seriously...It is super painful and messes up my make up, so I keep my freezer stocked with chopped onions. They are well worth the $1.50/bag.

Minced garlic...hmmm...It's kinda like air...can't really live without it!

Olive oil....I keep it in this pretty little thing beside my stove so that I don't have to run back and forth to the pantry every time I cook. I use EVOO for 99% of all things that I cook. This container is just like the one that my Yaya (grandmother) has. It holds balsamic vinegar in the center.

Cavender's Greek Seasoning

My kitchen could not survive without this miracle seasoning. My Yaya (Greek word for Grandma) introduced me to it and it's an absolute must! Put it on everything: chicken, bread, Yaya's green beans, oil for dipping bread, etc. They sell it at Wal-Mart, Central Market, HEB, etc...If you can't find it you can check out their website.
