Directions
Bake cookies where they are still soft; we call it "macky." Let cookies cool until just slightly warm. Put about 1/2 of a scoop of icecream on one cookie. Place other cookie on top and press together. Serve to your husband as he is on the couch watching football and watch him act like an excited 5 year old!
