Amaretto Apple Croissants

Oh yummy....These are fab!

Ingredients
2 cans of croissant rolls from the cold section at the store
2 peeled and thinly sliced apples
1 cup sugar
Cinnamon
1 egg
1/2 or 3/4 pint half and half (or heavy cream...up to you)
Amaretto (almond) extract

Heat oven to 350*. Spray 9x13 glass pan with nonstick spray. Unroll croissant rolls and lay out on counter or wax paper. They will be in triangles. Separate the triangles and place apple slice(s) on each triangle. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. I don't really know how much....just whatever makes you happy! Wrap up one slice of apple in each triangle. Make it into a little pocket! Place croissants in dish. They can touch. To make amaretto mixture: Super easy! I just don't have exact measurements. Mix egg, a few tsp amaretto, sugar, cinnamon, half and half. Pour amaretto mixture over top of croissants. Bake according to directions on croissant package or until golden brown on top.
